This single "master recording" happened even when we tried to record onto two different devices, with one recording to the cloud and the other to a local hard drive. The system appears to default to do a single recording (which has always been the English channel). However, if you are trying to launch two meetings assigned to the same user (even if one is setup as an alternate host) this will not work. As long as the meetings are on different user accounts you are fine. You cant host multiple webinars at the same time. Hello, Each licensed user can host their own individual meetings as the same time. While these users can have 2 meetings active at the same time, by default they are unable to join multiple meetings simultaneously on the desktop client. When we attempt to record the meeting from two different devices, with one device recording in the English channel and one in the Spanish channel, we are not able to do so. The host can leave the meeting and pass host privileges to another user if needed. However, there does not appear to be a way to simultaneously record in both languages from one device. We would like to make recordings of the meetings available in both English and Spanish. Also consider providing a trusted attendee with your Host Key, so there’s an authorized Host present to help manage the meeting. We are conducting the meetings in English and Spanish using Zoom's simultaneous interpretation feature. Enabled Join before Host (I recommend 5/10/15 minutes, not Any time) Enabled and provided the Passcode or Join links with embedded Passcode. Does anybody face the same challenge Advertisement. I am the manager of a state government agency that is convening a series of public meetings where simultaneous interpretation is available. Zoom site claims that there is a setting for that unfortunately I was not able to find it.
